Great session at Fogland yesterday, 5.2 all day... Tomorrow looks like SW WSW, I wonder if Kalmus is a good option... Outcast: any suggestions?

See you out there...

i suppose i don't believe that there will be enough wind window, and i am not the kalmus expert, but i MAYBE if it does fill in early, it could
maintain there. The coast would be too sketchy unless the forecast changes

looks like NW maybe mid teens (14 mph). big sails big boards in the river if anything. maybe out of seapowet with a 7.0 with gusts. (or your new 7.5 Z) don't think the cape will be worth it tomorrow. let me know. Igor?

Hi Allan - I agree, without a solid forecast it's not worth the drive to CC. I'll be in Fogland in the morning, see you there.
Outcast - thanks for the tips, may be next weekend...

See you out there,

Juan

Where did you go surfing Outcast?

Were there others?

I see the off shore bar just north of the Nauset Beach parking lot has made it through the winter. It was good last year and probably not too far of a walk from the lot.

Kinda house bound today with kids. By the time I went "off the clock", I didn't have the motivation for much of anything.

Who knows maybe tomrrow, with a light west wind.

ron,
i just did coast guard at around 3-4
I think nauset light may have better break now, but i also did my duty and wanted a quick pop. coast guard bowl/bar not as good as it was late last year
it was hip-high but clean, some may hold on till tommorow, but i doubt it.
haven't looked at north parking lot lately

hate to say it but i bought a sup ;(
not here yet, but i figure it might be better in the cold, and also i have had my eye on that outer bar way north near the inlet.....i figure that there s alot between nauset light and marconi that is easier to access by sup
not giving up on prone by any means, and no plans to poach in the pack
least that's my stated position Smile

I'm gonna keep an eye on the weather and the Coast Guard Cam for tomorrow.

I'm sure the rust has set in as there has been no water action since the Kalmus get-together - way, way back last December.
