Thanks for the suggestion. I delivered the board to Sailworld in early April. It took them about 10 days to turn around the repair and I have to say the repair work was quite good and very reasonably priced. I don't see how Jim booked any margin whatsoever but he has earned a loyal customer.
As expected, the board is slightly heavier than it was but I am sure that is the result of some needed nose reinforcement. The fiberglass work looks perfect and the paint is good enough. I will not hesitate to send my repairs to Sailworld again. |
