Hi Board,

I was on holiday on Maui at the end of March and made it to Ho'okipa for 2 days with my camera. I have put the photos up on Smug Mug and would like very much to share them. If you or any one you know was around on these two days please pass the link on.

Would also love to hear any feedback on the quality of the photos as this was my first time shooting windsurfing.

There are a couple of good shots including a number of Levi Siver.

These are all great photos. If I weren't such a jealous person, I would look at more of them (besides, I've got to go back to work)

Nice shots! Thanks for sharing.

There is no better inspiration than watching really good windsurfers do their stuff in Maui. ...like those shots of Polakow digging in.... poetry in motion in my eyes. Wink

I have seen Hookipa going off for a contest with Angulo, Robbie etc, but one of the most impressive things I ever saw was Stone out in about 15 foot faces with NO WIND and I mean NO WIND! A little on the outside to set him up but nothing from outside the impact zone in. Completely redefined what is possible in my mind. He would pick up a little puff and pump and do a forward like it was nothing. Never forget it. The really good guys are incredible.
