Here is a photo I took last week at Jalama. The wind blew hard for three straight days - gusting to 50mph by late afternoon. This photo was taken at 8 am. Already a couple of kiters are out on the extreme low tide.
I put a couple more photos on my blog.

Gotta love the Don King hair effect 
It almost looks like you have a second hose coming off your regulator -- is that just your gauges floating up, your safe second, or were you using some sort of recirculating type of device? (I haven't dived in so long I probably don't know what anything looks like anymore.)
