I have a hifly mambo and its foam core is wet how can i fix it. I dried it out but it is wet again. so water is getting in maybe the seam and maybe the footstrap attatchment points can i split the board replace the foam and then reattach the two halfs?
what materials?

your better off buying a new used board. Time, materials, effort all probably for not. I fixed an old Bic Adagio and just got a few more days out of it.
