I'm looking for anyone who may be able to drive a car from Avon, NC to the Burlington, VT area (or somewhere close by). A good friend of mine from Canada suffered a stroke while in Avon and is in ICU in Chesapeake. It looks like he will not be able to drive his car back to Montreal. He has a daughter living in Burlington, VT however so I'm looking to see if anyone might be heading back that way, or nearby, who might be willing to drive his car to drop it off there.

Hey I'll keep an eye out for the Vermonters and Quebecers that I usually see rolling through the shop...

Thanks to those who responded with offers or with kind thoughts. Ned is heading home to Montreal first thing Sunday morning and the insurance company is now coordinating the return of his surfmobile. He has made very good progress and his prognosis looks pretty good for a close to full recovery.

Thanks again.
