I feel your pain....the lump in throat when no one else is out can choke you.....the interesting thing yesterday...esp at low tide was that there was these massive breakers on an outer bar (easily 1/2 mile+) and you could see them marching towards you like they would "clean your clock". fortunately they would hit deep water again, but some of the bigger sets were just laughable.

Only thing helps me if first out is figuring an escape route
