at 1:30 its 17 g 22 at the meter
My point in posting is to create awareness in the Gorge that you can sail so many days. I d suggest the entire industry start getting excited about these warm sunny breezy days.
We are fortunate to live here and enjoy massive winds like last week with 30 to 50 knots. There is nothing like sailing daily in ALL weather if you are recreation minded or in the industry. You enjoy and promote fun. For myself if a slower day is being out or getting others out in all weather, I am very lucky to live here.
So for today, I was busy with office work, but let others know there is sailing, even friends who call or email who are coming.
Windsurfing is totally happening in the Gorge, from lightest to heaviest wind. The lighter days ultimately make for even better 30 to 50 knot days
Take your choice in site in any given day and you can be on the water. If you like the water, its always fun. If you are in the industry, having a job description, that includes getting out in all weather is still better than not sailing and fun:) |

Just a note for those hunting the East winds. East point parking lot is being resurfaced for the next two weeks. |
