Arkansas River or one of the lakes nearby could probably give you a little room to power your sails -- if you catch it right (if you catch it windy enough.)

I did a search on iWindsurf Beta and found a couple local weather stations that were suggesting puffs enough for freestyle already this AM.

I sent you a private message you may not have received. We sail frequently in Memphis. We drive to Dardenelle in AR or to OK sometimes too.
