Did anyone get out yesterday afternoon on one of the Jersey Shore bays - Sandy Hook, Barnegat, Lakes Bay...?
I sailed Trixies after work and it was an absolutely classic summer afternoon thermal. SW about 20 with higher gusts, sunny, with air temps in the mid to upper 80s and bath water warm water....but I was the ONLY one out!!??! What's up with that?
Hopefully some folks got it elsewhere.

There was 10 - 15 sailors and few kiters at Lakes Bay. Very nice day for August - 6.3 sail, 104 board. Water was disgustingly warm.  |
