You've got a great windsurfing community there! It seems like you're bringing back the excitement of the early days of windsurfing.
I still have a collection of t-shirts from the all the regattas and crossing that I did back in the day. They are time capsules from a carefree world. _________________ http://waterloggedbyscooper.blogspot.com/ |

Basically we've got a core group who are willing to hold an event in any wind strength, and this loosens things up. And everybody puts a premium on fun, so the competition is more playful than hardcore (though in the actual races, folks are going for it!)
We had good t shirts and sweatshirts, too. And pumpkins!
