The participating countries include the U.S., Saudi Arabia, France, India, Canada, Chile, Norway, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates and Australia.

Gates, Bezos, and Zuckerberg are some of the most successful businessmen in America. So why would they be committing $2B of their own money to something that is a bunch of BS, as some around here believe?

Full article is here.

I say good for them, there is nothing wrong with clean energy, I for one can separate clean energy and pollution from AGW, so to me it's not about AGW, it's about keeping our environment clean.
Another thing I like about it is that they are willing to circumvent any governmental subsidies, I don't believe in subsidies for any type of energy, and that includes oil, let the privateers take on that challenge, and use our taxes on things that won't risk going belly up. Remember Solyndra, as just one of many examples of our money down the drain.

There are also other MAJOR factors -- no pun intended -- that make Fox News important. They include:
• They present both sides of the issues, in many forms: debates, opinions, facts, extremist guests, etc, and let viewers decide whom to believe.
The lefty media almost never does that.
• They treat extremists fairly and respectfully IF they obey the three stated rules:
1. Answer the question, succinctly. No tap dancing, no filibustering.
2. Do not lie.
3. Do not personally attack other people who are not here to defend themselves.
The lefty media does not.
• The FNC (and, I'm sure, Fox Business) is under such extreme scrutiny from the left that every slightest opportunity to catch or fabricate a slip, offense, lie, misstatement, etc. is exploited, exaggerated, and/or even maliciously edited (NBC had to admit it) to make Fox look bad, and the Fox bashers here are proof that some gullible and ignorant lefties actually believe those accusations without vetting their stories.

The Fox News fantasy. Some folks are so gullible and weak minded to subscribe to a clearly biased and warped presentation of the news today.

If it's so bad, why do you watch it?

I never do, except what I've seen posted here or covered in the print media via the internet. I limit myself to Cox Communications' basic cable service, and Fox News is not a part of that service level. Even if Fox News was offered, I wouldn't watch it.

For the majority that watch the major network and cable news shows, Fox is the only opportunity to add some balance to the other liberal bias stations.

And yes, Fox sometimes goes overboard with their conservative bias, but so does MSNBC and some other liberal stations.

I don't have cable, so I don't see Fox that often, but I do like their Sunday regular network news where host Chris Wallace frequently has both liberal and conservative guests debating each other on popular issues. He also asks hard questions of conservative guests when they are on alone.

The truly informed look at both sides of the issue.

Here's how it works. Joe Bastardi, Iso's guy with chos, is actually a paid shill. Making Faux news in essence an enabler or perpetrator in 3 card monte.

Fools will out themselves eventually.

Yet, despite never watching it, you know enough to make the judgement that it is biased, warped and watched by people who are weak-minded and gullible. Just part of the herd.

Quote me...........once again, a complete fabrication.

Talking of fools that will out themselves eventually, you seem to have forgotten to back up your latest assertion about things you claim I have said.........again.

Specifically, who is saying that pursuing clean energy is BS?

Let's make it a threesome. One says a network he never watches is rubbish. Another, once again, makes up things I have said and then changes the subject. And a third makes up things that a group have said. All so that they can feel self righteous about things they just invented. Ah, the liberal mind.
