use that aluminum tape that you get at hardware store (home depot) It's not duct tape, it's aluminum with very sticky stuff on one side. That will hold it until you can get some epoxy and fiberglass cloth to fix it right.. Might as well learn to do it now, it's not that hard.... forget the shoe goo and crazy glue, that will just make a big mess and make it very hard to fix right when you get around to it. Good Luck |

Actually, shoe goo works fine for cheap wetsuit repairs. Krazy Glue doesn't work unless you use it with baking soda (as mentioned)..... a little sanding -poof- it does do a fine job for FAST & instant temporary repairs at little cost..... as long as there's not much stress on the crack.
Look here under "uses"...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyanoacrylate
Little mess if you apply the glue only to the crack (don't let it drip all over).... also creates a solid foundation for a permanent repair later on down the road.
Works great for me... but heck, what do I know.... I've just been doing this for 25+ years. |

Bro; just pack your crack with that green stuff and then swim to wells when you break down. You should be able to start a fire with that and then you can get warm. There should be enough garbage to set up camp. We’ll look for you and probably drop off supplies from time to time. Maybe you can hand shape a paddle board on your spare time and get to the hook for supplies too. By this time you will have realized your lost and end up at St. Francis for some help. If your not there, I know you ended up in the woods by the Hood River. Definitely you’ll be OK there until next season. Thanks for the laughs DBM. Have you really had a man? |

I had to pack my crack with goo, then I painted my Naish. The goo is sticky so be careful.
Thanks all,

pack your crack?
I have always used that stuff that hardens under sunlight, from Big Winds. Lasts forever. Don't know if you can paint it though. |
