Was driving across the GG bridge tonight and saw a kiter well WEST of the GG trying to sail in around 5:45PM. Looks like there was a heavy duty 5 knot ebb at that time.

Anyone see/know this guy? Looked a little sketchy, particularly with the fog and gusty wind.
