Do it Middle East Style. Borat, my penpal friend from Kazakhastan loves the hose clamp system for the mast top

To all my fans around the world,
I have added a flotation device to the camera mount with added security features such as a dental floss filament to hold everything to a hose clamp recycled for a mast top.
Hopefully, it will also provide some flotation when I up-haul the sail,
More to come later, stay tuned.

I think this is pretty cool. I use a clamp designed for a mountain bike,
but I think I like yours better. Your sails must have a top cap with strap,
yes? And you slip the clamp over the mast between the topcap, then apply the top cap, then dowwnhaul?

Yes. It does not work for any kind of sail. You need to have an opening before the mast cap so as to insert the clamp.
Basically, the clamp hold the mast. Think about a hose clamp and replace the hose with the mast.
You insert the mast in the sail and before it reaches the mast cap, you insert the clamp.
It will not work for a sail with no opening (full cloth) at the mast top.

Hi girls,
I was wondering if anyone could suggest a editing software to select and cut the part I intend to keep that is, 20 seconds on a hour film that I shot with the device shown above which attracted worldwide recognition.
I have heard of Final Cut Pro but it costs over $300.
Any alternatives?

Just posted a video from a GoPro on Iwindsurf and youtube. I edited with Windows Live Movie Maker which is just a Windows program. Worked quite well and was VERY SIMPLE! Very important to me.
I can just imagine a Borat windsurfing video-hey that gives me an idea. On second thought; No!

Hi yvanboniec
Although my name isn't Janet I'll give you a suggestion. I use Power Director for my video editing. Windows Movie Maker is great for a free MIcrosoft app. But for $50.00 Power Director rocks.
