blowing 30 at TI right now and I'm stuck at work and rode my bike besides...
But eventhough these off season winds may be ripping high, they are NOT to be trusted. Stay close to shore / upstream.

Ashby from 2:30 on: Started windy with a little shadow close to shore. We all rigged 5.0. Lasted about 1/2 hour then became up and down. Lots of slogging and some planing. Still it allows me to check off November in my log - on the last day of the month. Air was surprisingly warm. I hung my wetsuit under the Arbutus tree like I always do, after dark. This morning at 6:00 am it was bone-dry.
