Teaching my 5 year old - looking for sailing buddies for him

I plan to teach my 5 year old son to windsurf at Mothers Beach in Marina Del Rey this summer. Since kids seem to enjoy learning more when other kids are around, are there any Los Angeles sailors who have kids of a similar age who want their kids to learn to windsurf? I'll provide the gear, and if you don't think you are a good teacher, I can (do my best to) teach them too.
