It was the world media about the Lion... An ugly gun loving american showed his face in another country on a protected species.

Anyone think it's possible that the appropriations to the DoD could be tied to how they responded to the directive? #1 question would wave a red flag for me, suggesting a positive response (climate change is a serious issue) would generate more money in the DoD's pocket.
Any government report of only 14 pages, suggest to me that no one in the DoD took this seriously, but they just said yes to hopefully boost funding.
I think any major media outlet would see the obvious here, and pass on the story. |
