As I recall, McVeigh didn't use his gun.
I can only imagine what would have happened if on 911 properly trained civilians had been carrying CCW. |

| I'll admit I went McVeigh on some really nice logo to mast high waves this evening. That counts, right? There were a couple I had to stalk for a while to be able to attack them at just the right time. |

first of all we did not need guns, years before it was noted that hijackers would take planes and use them as weapons. noted in a confiscated terrorist training book in the philippines/malaysia I believe, and during a g8 or g-whatever meeting in italy because of this the US military was granted special flight coverage in Italy well before 9-11. So the airlines probably were informed of this issue.
all the airlines had to do was install security switches on the cockpit doors that if opened would set the plane into auto pilot with a distress signal. That only ground control or a military airplane could send a code to release the plane from auto pilot heading to a remote military landing strip to autoland. So when the co-pilot leaves the front cabin, the pilot must have his hands on the controls when the door is opened if he releases again the plane goes into auto pilot as mentioned. so kick in the door well again auto pilot, jump the crew when the door is open pilot lets go and it sets it into auto-pilot. . Enter without permission auto pilot. very simple, low cost per plane maybe a grand in parts. except for the initial project costs, maybe about 100 million the way airlines charge to make money. By the way I did sent this suggestion to the FAA. never heard back from them.
The issue is we have such morons like you that are not capable of making proper decisions thinking a gun solves all problems. are you able to think without everything being gun as the answer?

As for where I live … From where I sit right now I’m looking at a huge variety of big trees in brilliant fall colors, a 100-foot-deep canyon with a clear creek at its bottom, wildlife ranging from deer to pheasants and hoot owls, a nice lawn full of trees and flowers, and my wife’s 5,000 sq ft garden -- and that’s all just on MY property. The nearest home I can see is > 250 yards away and largely obscured by trees, and even with the windows open there are no sounds unless it’s windy or my dogs are debating turf rights with a squirrel. My only complaint is that I have to drive at least ten miles to WSurf. I park all our vehicles including my Winnebago in climate-controlled buildings with cable TV and plenty of work space. Total cost (vehicles not included): well under $250k.

| I have to admit that labeling folks with the "McVeigh" tag is just nonsense, and frankly, it's getting very old. One's bag of tricks needs to be credible, fresh and not at all reliant on a goofy name calling routine. It's better to stick close to the issue or argument in one's comments, and avoid all the off-the-top labeling and weirdness. |

sorry that is the talk the right wing admires and loves. you hear the way trump is talking? And he is running for president...
Obviously that is how Rush got his start and continuous popularity to be the most popular political partisan announcer in the USA in its history...
And not to mention most right wing radio, ie 95% plus of all political radio. If you do not like it stop the right wing from their way. Ever listen to Savage? If that is the best you have well turn on the radio.
Even the right wing will use that on all media Fox and so on even yelling liar at the president by a house member. President is a muslim? And you have the moral indignation to complain me hitting them on a nothing forum with the truth.
Well one thing for sure in the USA the right wing have proved on radio all across the nation free speech is allowed. And hence you do not control what I say, I do have free speech...
When they stop in public airwaves to the entire nation I will stop 20 years later on a little forum.

I know nothing about you, except that you are a nice poster. Why would I listen to you? Were you one of those who told me I was wrong about my gut feeling about a certain poster would never be stalking me so I should apologize or back off? That I was paranoid? when the troll was doing exactly that.
Next I have never seen you go after the trolls who start it. Again you agree self defence is morally justified in the world? So as far as I am concerned you have zero moral credibility to EVER suggest or tell me what I should and shouldn't do. When it is not 50 to 200 times a troll starts it and you go after the troll then I would might listen to your moral or spiritual advice. But till then please keep it to yourself, unless you have some sort of credibility that I am not aware of. IE you disarmed a terrorist plot using your wit, are a top FBI profiler with a PhD on how to stop terrorists. But even then as I have mentioned I have dialogued with them personally trying to get them to understand the anthrax mailings were that of the right wing vs what they initially claimed from terrorists from the ME. IE they even latter admitted that the trail went cold because they wasted to much time the wrong direction. I told the FBIs top profiler it was a right wing wacko from the get go, he disagreed with me. I as I have said do give him credit he did converse with me via email. He did not believe it because one was sent to Foxs parent company, ie a right wing owned media. I told him very few right wingers would have known that company was associated with Fox and it would not matter that right wingers are delusional and believe Fox is liberal. A few years later Pew did a poll with right wingers, it found that people who labeled considered themselves as conservatives about 20% considered Fox liberal. With that poll I would have been able to convince him. But the point being I do not know your credentials either.
I do listen to fox, and talk radio, so do have a slightly better idea of the mentality of the broadcasters and the lemmings that listen to them. In fact for about the first 3 years Rush started nationally I listened to him everyday he was on in absolute disgust. I still love one caller to rush that claimed Rush was a liberal plant because he was not right wing enough. My gosh Rush even attacks presidents underage daughter appearances on a national show. Rush refers to femals as Feminazis for wanting equal pay. You ever hear how Michael wiener savage talks. Or Laura Engram?
