Harness lines, what about these?

yeah, I tried them also, right at the end of summer, with a 4 months layover before the next season, they corroded and broke right at the attachment points.

Why would I want to spend twice as much, for something that nobody can say will last twice as long, if not longer?

I'd just as well buy a set of "Da Claw" so I don't have to use my fingers anymore to hang onto the booms.
Remember those? Launch city.

I have skinny wrists, the Claw fit loosely, and always left a red deppression in the skin of my wrists, and hurts after a couple days usage.
One you get the hang of jibing, it's fine.
As is hook UP.

I've never broken a harness line. The attachment points on the boom eventually wear out, but tearing the line? That much seesawing by the harness hook is a sign of poorly positioned lines. Get them close, make sure they're balanced. If it's a big issue get a roller bar.
