Two Sunday's ago I put a good ding in the nose of my board while sailing my first session of the year. I got in touch with John Miller on Tuesday, dropped my board off with him on Thursday and had it back on Sunday (he actually had it done on Saturday). Between the ease of drop off and pick up, Johns great attitude, the excellent repair job (you can't even tell it was ever damaged) and the speedy turn around I just wanted to share the story so that you all know where to go if/when you need board repair. Seriously plug this number/email into your iphone or crackberry now so you don't miss too much time on the water when it happens to you (650) 243-1610 BoardRepairPro@gmail.com. I hope that this isn't against any Forum etiquette that will spin into a back and forth debate about bulls and bears or donkeys and elephants or whatever, I just wanted to promote a job well done and give some credit where it is due. Thanks, I'll see you on the water.

Absolutely agree with you windwiner!

John Miller's BoardRepairPro is the go-to for Bay Area board repair.

John is an A+ resource and repair man, great guy as well.

John's brother Bob is a fantastic surf board shaper and his boards rock. Whole surf board quiver is shaped by Bob. His fat boy fish is amazing.

Great to support locals as well, especially when they are this good!

I fixed my windsurf boards about three times with John. Fast and solid repair.

John still repairs boards, just call the phone # in the first post.
You can also drop it off at either Boardsports School shop and John will pick it up for repair.
BTW, that's an email addr not a website in the first post.
