I like to keep it under 165 lbs., even if it means a meager lunch.
Imagine what it'd be as a lightweight, maybe 117lbs., like Steve Yong of Chrissy or Mitsu at Berkeley. Both are as strong as any 150 lbs'er.

I am finally back below 160! At 158 after cutting down on bread and eating salad like a rabbit!

4.5 and 96 liters was the answer to the gusty conditions this morning. The pier with the green house on it has been removed, making the launch no problem. It should have been this way all along.

Good on ya !
I first sailed Princeton Harbor on Feb.'94, on advice from Aaron Wright, who owned the windsurf shop at Pedro Point.
His advice of launching at Ida's, off the parking lot was right on, and we followed his advice of buying coffee pre sail, and eating there afterward to keep good relations.

Not that it matters, but I meant 1984.

foiled Berkeley today in the light rain on 4.8/Wizard 125 w/ big Infinity 84 wing. had to slog upwind a bit to get into better wind. was even better outside the restaurant but still pretty light wind overall. had to wait for puffs. there was an occasional whitecap. stronger wind forecasted for Thursday!
