I don't think boards just "wash up" looking that good, especially with a epoxy hull and a monofilm sail, and at Demarest Lloyd where there's little surf break if any. That board looks placed there by somebody who went to lunch or the porta john and didn't come back right away.
I did see a Protech hull on a roof go by my house on Horseneck Road, and I don't see many windsurfers go by this decade. I'll call the Coast Guard but I expect it's been retrieved by now. |

This is why you need to put your name and Telephone number on your equipment... at the very least call the local harbormaster and report the loss |

I just spoke with the CG. Owner was found. No more info, but I bet it was the protech hull that drove by my house. I'm not far from Demarest Lloyd. |
