Here's a start, lunchbox: http://download.neilpryde.com/2000/pdf/manuals/vx3_tg.pdf

The sail was designed to be used with cams. Removing cams = bad idea.

I think there are folks who used to work for Pryde on this forum. They can tell you whether it is easier to do the cams first or later.

Grab by front of boom arm and mast and drag it. (Only applies to old boom and old, heavy sail.) Save your back.
BTW, I have never sailed the Naish Rally but it looks like just the ticket.
