CAPE COD BAY-

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY MORNING THROUGH
SUNDAY AFTERNOON...

.SUN...W WINDS 10 TO 15 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 KT.

Considering how little wind we had so far in October, I had expected Ron to post this. If meter readings look promising tomorrow, we may just have to check the waters at Skaket for him! Tides should be fine from mid-morning on.

You beat me to it.

I had to feed the cat.

COASTAL WATERS FROM PROVINCETOWN MA TO CHATHAM MA TO NANTUCKET MA
OUT 20 NM-
331 AM EDT SUN OCT 20 2013

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM EDT THIS MORNING
THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...

.TODAY...W WINDS 10 TO 15 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 KT. I hope that Barry and his new boss(?) are right with their forecast. The local sail whisperer Geoff C should be there with the "al-Kiter of Cape Cod" gang. We need them for critical mass out here

.TUE...S WINDS 10 TO 15 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 KT. Maybe a trip to Hyannis is in the cards

.THU...W WINDS AROUND 20 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 KT. Now this might be worth taking time off for.

Speaking of taking time. If the big boys Gil, Rick and the rest had held my hand, Friday would have been a good day to take off from work. Thursday morning was a little fluky, but once a set rolled in, it was also decent.

Yes, I was jealous at yesterday's sunrise gloating session up at the church

It's almost always bigger when you're out there, as opposed to looking from shore; except for Friday.

I treated myself to a trip down shore road after a trip to the high school the other day. The spray blowing off the tops was impressive. My thought was - this is "Hawaiian" style!

No new gear for me today; but Vec's shaping efforts are now complete. My dinosaur clone is off to the glass shop next week.
