What sail is this? From 2014 Toyota Tundra ad. Just curious.

With all those painted or pasted on colors, it makes nearly impossible to tell.

probably meant as a joke, it has 4 battens, SF has 5 and the one above the boom is short, doesn't go the mast.

Alvas ....... and the ballerina......thats puzzling

ad people can be so out of touch. wonder how old the skis in the ad are? one pair looks especially ancient, but I guess if you buy their truck you don't have much left over for new sports equipment.

If you look at the Mistral Ecstasy board sitting behind the sail, you can see that the same colors as those added to the sail were pasted on the image of the board.

Ad creators want to be paid for the products advertised. Perhaps they carefully altered every product in the ad which is not made by Toyota.

I too saw that ad yesterday and thought the exact same thing. Confused It's funny when you see current ads for some resort(not primarily a windsurfing destination) and there is a picture of a guy windsurfing circa 1987. Remember the guys/girls in college that were Advertising majors? It's no wonder.

I am going to guess Hood River, Rushwind, or Worldsails. The light blue was obviously added on. dhmark

The panel layout reminds me of an old "Arrows" sail I had a million years ago.
