Spend one hour in S.F. bay with a 10 meter in 20+ mph winds & you will want an easy uphaul right away.

I'd use a EZ uphaul before I'd use a 10 in 20+. Why do you use a 10 in 20+? |

An EZ Uphaul is great. There are two ways to use them and take advantage of the change in angle which makes any sail easier to lift: a. use the loop to hook your harness, or b. just use your hand(s) on the loop area to lift the sail. Both ways make the job of pulling the sail up much easier. Save your energy for sailing.
If you stayed on the board when the sail went down an EZ Uphaul will be easier than water starting.
EZ Uphauls are light and they replace the normal uphaul rope so the additional weight is probably not more than 2 dry footstraps. |

Well, you see the bay is a large place so you can be quite a long ways from your launch, & that weather control device to regulate the wind speed that I bought at Target doesn't always work.

OK, you need the 10 when it's not 20+. |
