The thing is, we have no treaty with Iran, just a nebulous "deal", which has less teeth in it than a treaty would have had. Why no treaty?
Because BHO and Kerry made a conscious decision to not try for a treaty, knowing that it had no chance to pass ratification of both houses of congress, which is required by the constitution for a treaty. All we got was an okay by vote, by the senate only.
Has there been any inspections yet? No.
Have any frozen Iranian assets been unfrozen yet? No.
This "deal" may still never come to fruition yet, if our administration has any brains, which is no guarantee, and in fact doubtful.
Putin is licking his chops that we, maybe I should say, the UN will continue with the "deal", he needs those billions.

What was it that BHO said when Romney said that our biggest international problem is Russia?
"The 1980's are asking for their foreign policy back". Clever, but completely wrong.

Once again ... the deal is by legal definition a treaty despite what King Obama decrees. Look it up (I've cited the source.)

A Russian General walked into U.S. middle-east military HQ and tells the U.S.A.F. to stand down, to abandon Syrian skies and relinquish them to the Russian AF and its mission to destroy the anti-Assad forces the U.S. is supporting. (For you civilians out there, air superiority is the yardstick by which dominance is measured.)

The next day, both sides take their next steps.

The Russian Air Force begins bombing our allies in Syria.

The U.S., SecState Kerry by name, convenes a deconfliction meeting.

The Cold War between Russia and the U.S. over the entire Middle East was won just that easily, and most of you will live to see grave consequences. Putin hosed Obama, and Obama wet his pants in front of the whole world, as Putin knew he would. A nearly-bankrupt country with an economy the size of Italy's and a military strength one-tenth the capability of ours won a war virtually over the future of the free world by default, because its leader clearly and accurately pegged our leader as a fool and a coward who saw and spoke (in public) of only two options: WW III vs total capitulation. Countless experts advised Obama of simple, safe, very effective options, such as shutting down the Russian economy via simple banking measures, but he preferred instead to tell the gullible public that the only alternatives were war or a white flag. The dumber, Lefter, blinder koolaide drinkers bought it, thus accelerating Syrian genocide, the nuclear arms race, and WW III.

What did WE get out of it? Wet pants, jeers from the free world, greatly reduced middle eastern hegemony, and exactly what Romney warned Obama of in their debates: our biggest threat is the USSR. Not just Russia, but Putin's dream of a new USSR ... unchecked this time because our president is a bigger fool than Jimmy Carter ever was.

Sources? An endless stream of 3 and 4 star generals, military historians, CIA chiefs, spooks, professional military analysts, think tanks, and much more.

jeezz at first i thought this was going to be a joke... A Russian General walked into a bar...

So how come this story isn't on the internet exactly as you describe it? Or are we supposed to think you still hobnob with your old cronies (" An endless stream of 3 and 4 star generals, military historians, CIA chiefs, spooks, professional military analysts, think tanks, and much more") at the Pentagon?

According to your most likely source: "The development came after Pentagon officials, in a development first reported by Fox News, brushed aside an official request, or "demarche," from Russia to clear air space over northern Syria, where Moscow said it intended to conduct airstrikes against ISIS on behalf of Assad, according to sources who spoke to Fox News. The request was made in a heated discussion between a Russian three-star general and U.S. officials at the American Embassy in Baghdad, sources said. "

"If you have forces in the area we request they leave," said the general, who used the word "please" in the contentious encounter.

Nothing like spouting off before you know all the facts, Mr. President, should have waited at least 24 hours before going into your "never let a good crisis go to waste" mode.
It appears that the Oregon shooter had the same mental illness that Adam Lanza had, Asperger's Syndrome, he was also kicked out of the Army.
We need some sort of mental watch list.

Leave it isobars to spew a bunch of crap nonsense riddled with derogatory name calling. What a complete ass!

NW30, I have no problem at all with what President Obama said. Obviously, we have a gun problem that should be reasonably and responsibly addressed by our representatives in Congress at the national level. Required background checks need to be part of all gun purchases, and there are very good reasons for licensing all gun owners to ensure that they have passed a comprehensive test on the ownership and use of guns in a safe and responsible way. Moreover, if a person is found to have mental health problems, authorities should have the right and ability to go in and confiscate any and all guns under that person's possession.

Screw the NRA and their thralls. Killings like this one, and the many others that have happened all too often, will keep on happening if nothing is done. Ignoring the problem is wrong, and nothing that the NRA says changes that truth.

The fact he HAD to know and simply outright lied about was his claim that gun laws suppress gun crimes. As O'Reilly pointed out, many of the shooting deaths in Chicago are in the very neighborhood in which Obama did his community organizing as his apprenticeship for managing the free world.

Just saw “The Martian”. Although my part in putting man on an extraterrestrial body (analyzing, designing, and/or simulating several Saturn V space launch vehicle components and subsystems in my first job out of grad school) was obviously minuscule, many very familiar scenes, events, principles, and depictions in the movie really struck home. That just makes me ever more disgusted at that fugging idiot in the White House who redefined NASA’s primary mission as “Muslim Outreach”.

Just shows how stupid you and o'liely are. Do you even have a clue to how bad that area was 15-20 years before Obama lived there. you both are absolute morons. Man I remember being in that area for trade shows then vs now. Was at one down there just two or three years ago, amazing the transformation. I would like to live down there now where you could not have paid me to before.

yep your gun loving idiots sell your guns so that they can get into Chicago. Yes gun laws do suppress crime you idiot, as noted where there are more guns in the USA in general there are more shooting. exception is very rural areas and places where it is so cold you do not even go outside at night in the winter so half the year is suppressed stats for those areas.
