The word you are searching for NW is "border". We can provide a definition if you want. But it won't change the fact that an earlier law essentially prevents deportation without a certain level of due process. Like I said before, open the borders to all takers or shut up. 6 billion would be the outcome. OTHERWISE THEY SHOULD ALL ENTER LEGALLY.
Where would you on the left put a limit on immigration? MEXICO PUTS YOU IN PRISION FOR 5 YEARS IF YOU WORK ILLEGALLY THERE.
Because of open borders we now all get butt checked and xrays at the airport. We have NSA surveillance. We have MS13 gang members wandering the ghetto's. We have illiteracy and poverty at alarming rates. We have new (previously eradicated) diseases entering unfettered.
ARE YOU GUYS CRAZY? Just based upon environmental concerns I'd think the left would be concerned. Don't you realize that even though many work they cut corners. I've been hit by the Israeli and Russian mob on theft. By the Mexican "contractors" on environmental issues. If you go to job sites primarily staffed by illegal contractors, the environmental precautions are nil. THIS IS INEVITABLE, AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE EPA. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CHILD SUPPORT. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT WORKERS COMP.....AND THE LIST GOES ON.
THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT OUR IMMIGRATION LAWS. WHY WOULD THEY CARE ABOUT THE STUPID EPA, FAIR HOUSING, CHILD SUPPORT, LITTERING, OR YOU? |

Unless, of course, the EPA decides ON ITS OWN that they have a mud puddle [i.e., wetlands] on their property, or exhaled CO2, or misspelled a word on some application. Everyone here does know, I presume, that the EPA has formally announced that it has the authority [and certainly the will] to garnish the wages of any person who THEY say violated ANY EPA rule. No judges, no court oversight, no checks or balances, just an edict from the EPA and your paycheck gets dinged by tens of thousands of dollars each day.
Doesn't leave much food on one's plate, does it?

Steve...all very legitimate concerns....What is the solution? Should we enforce hiring practices of the MegaFarms? Do you think the Republicans will pressure Cargill, and Tyson? Should be build an Israeli style wall? Cost=$100B. Should we hire a million Border Agents? cost $100B. Should we start a trade war with Central America ? telling our partners to shape up? result=Walmart goes out of business.
