Going to Maui for the 1st time at the beginning of March. Need to rent gear while there. Any suggestions?

Have search forum for information but couldn't find it

Check out www.kanahakai.com/
They are closest to the beach, have good gear in good condition for fair prices and have excellent service.
Have a fun trip. I'm jealous.

I would suggest you pick the place that rents gear closest to what you currently sail. I've been going to Maui pretty much annually for about 25 years (I'm on Maui now) and have rented mostly from HT, and HISS, but I think all the shops are pretty good. I bring my gear now, it's more hassle when you travel but less when you get here.
