I couldn't find anything on this. I got my new Neil Pryde boots, but I can't get them on! There's the loop at the back to pull of course, but it's not quite enough.

And hints and tips? Thanks!

sprinkle talcum powered into the boot. That should help a great deal. Talc, not baby powder.

If you're man enough, the solution to getting them both on and off is panty hose. Borrow a pair from Mrschocky and check it out.

I knew there'd be one clown. I'm 6.5, I got 7 since I understand they run small. My last boots (now with holes) are 6, since I was told they would stretch (they do, but it's a bit uncomfortable on the toes). They certainly seem to be the right size, but I'll try some of the suggestions.

Hi, "technique" wise, I usually try to get the top of my foot as far into the boot as possible (by pointing my foot and pulling the top/front of the boot up) before pulling the heel tab back and up. If you get the top wiggled in that extra .5 cm, the heel will pull right out and over, easy peasy.

Hope that helps!

I do like Andy says when the boot or my foot is humid. But I alway try my best to dry the boots to avoid odours. I let them drip first upside down, before turning them upright to facilitate evaporation. When everything is dry, they will glide with moderate effort and without special technique.

I'm assuming you mean high winter boots.
Fold the top half of the boot down , sort of making high back into low boots.
Put them on, then roll up the top half.
