Nice! I like that the concaves are not too extreme slows you down in my OP.
Your board also has a nice continuous rocker. Should work well.
What fins did you order? K4 I assume. |

woah thats a voluminous looking nose! super compact looking board though... how popular is a continuous rocker in windsurfing? it seems like all the new freestyle kayaks now have them giving them more speed on a wave.. mind you board development is eons ahead of freestyle kayaks i would assume |

K4 yes. I have a generous supply of BPF MUF Makani as well for the Flikka.
This is getting its bottom paint coat today, and the K4s are for it.

Where is the like button? Beautiful board!!!

99L 227 X 62.5 slotboxes X 4 and US box, all boxes and fins are made in house.
As far a custom board this has been the most professional , and easiest to deal with. Shipping // packing was double quad strong. Via Air France.
It will sail as a quad, tri , and conceivably a single.
It will get christened in 3 weeks time in Hatteras |

Keep posting about the board. I am really interested in getting one from them if the result is that good. After the debacle of my last custom purchase and the resulting harrowing pain to deal with people with no business sense, I am ready to take the risk.
Thanks! |

sorry to hear your issues. I highly recommend them from a delivery, customer service, and up to date board with quality ..even has a gore Tex plug, instead of vent screw.
Update on the actual ride, will be in a few weeks. I ordered a pair of slot boxes with the board to use on a future conversion , my past experience has been with Cobra ones, theses are extremely well made.
Flikka produced the board within a very short period of time, and made a wonderful shape that 'appears' just what I wanted. The packing job for shipping is by far far the best I have seen, including mt own shipping.
I was told that someone in San Fran had received one. _________________ K4 fins

I will be interested too in how you get along with it in the Hatteras waves. GoPro?
Didn't you recently get a Witchcraft Chakra? If you felt the need for a more dedicated wave board, I am curious why did you not choose a Witchcraft? I think it tests well in the UK tests/forum discussions that you follow. |

Hopefully I can write a decent review. I dont do GoPro.
Witchcraft.. I have a Series I Chakra 88L. Wonderful board, with no issues whatsoever.
I had a 100L production Chakra on order, from Bulgaria the factory.
They have a problem with supply, reorganization hense delivery.
The custom Witchys are made in the Canaries . $$ much more to make and ship. _________________ K4 fins
