Boom Help

I know this has been posted somewhere before I need some boom clips for an HPL hybrid carbon wave does anyone have leads on parts or retrofit ideas. Epic gear has kind of the same clips anyone know if they work? Any help would be appreciated as we all know new booms=$700+

these will fit older HPL booms, but not the newer red formula and race booms w/ the red grip and strap on head.

These collars are for HPL carbon booms made circa 2000-2005?? I don't have any to take measurements on right now, but some of this was covered in a previous thread:
