I m Trying really hard to get into Formula windsurf. (do not tell me to try slalom this is not a discussion Formula Vs slalom/freeride wide)but cant find gear!
When I first researched a little about Formula, one of the things theat caught my attention was people saying that there are tons of used gear available out there since a lot of people dropped Formula. Guess what? Not very true. I found some new boards but that will brake the bank and even used boards(very few online) are holding price better than 2 yr old new gear!! Sails are hard to find even new (10-12.5 range). most shops dont have them in stock!
I live in NY but in the country 6hrs north of NYC and there is not a place to shop other than online! If anyone knows any stores or people that have used Formula gear, please advise.

people keep telling me that the best is to buy used equip from racers, but where do I find these racers???

help, help help!!! I m dying to try this stuff!!!! cant watch much more videos.....

I see that Doug Curtis at Curtis Sport Connection has a 2007 Formula board listed. He is in Hamburg, NY, just outside Buffalo. It may not be exactly what you are looking for, but give him a shout and tell him what you are looking for.

Hi Leo,

I'm very excited to have found your post in the forum section of iwindsurf.com

I have a ton of formula stuff for sale nearly anything you need In sailworks or north with masts, incredibly hard to find booms (gulftech Maximum), fins. for the sails masts and booms I would get an SUP Box and ship it via forward air.com

I have extensive experience with shipping this big stuff
