Marine Radio

Want to gift my friend a waterproof Marine Radio to keep her safe.
She is small, so the smallest one available will make her happy.
I tried searching this forum and couldn't find any recommendations?
And no it doesn't need to be in pink or be a "Hello Kitty" radio, just one that works for the long haul

it's a DSC capable VHF radio

that means it has an integrated GPS and can send an automated distress call with position, to the coast guard.., and any other boat equipped with a DSC VHF.

if that other boat has their DSC VHF connected to their chartplotter, a special icon should appear on the plotter, enabling them to easily navigate to the person in distress.

it's quite small for a VHF
