I have a Fiberspar boom in which the red plastic/rubber sleeve at the boom head has disintegrated. Does anyone know where to get spare parts?

You might check out southportrigging.com Otherwise, all you need to do (I think!) is to find shim material of the same thickness. The conflict may be the sponginess or durometer of the original rubber that helps damp vibrations, or that may not be necessary at all. You could try thin EVA foam, too.

Or, replace the front end entirely, with either FS or Maui Sails or any other brand designed to fit around the tube.
