For 2014 JP made the X-Cite Ride + wider and shorter, moving it towards the Magic Ride.

Does anyone have any experience with the new shape? I was a fan of the old X-Cite Ride until I bought a Firemove V2. The shorter, wider board has some advantages in early planing, and control in stronger winds. I just wanted to hear from anyone that has experience with the new X-Cite ride +.
