No problem,

I may end up somewhere else as well.

It all depends what it looks like tomorrow am. Gusts To 60 are possible.

Didn't anybody go today??

Hardie and I got a perfectly fine noon time session today at lowly Pleasant Bay. When the third member of our trio showed up it was overpowering low 4 meter conditions.

No shark fins today!

Well, yes, a handful of us did up at Nahant this afternoon. It was a great day. Wind wasn't cooperative the whole afternoon, but we were on 5.2s. Waves were surprisingly clean for N/NE, and there were some overhead bombs coming in from time-to-time, which made from some awesome rides. Can't make it tomorrow (Patriots tailgate followed by the game from the 50 yard line (not bad)), but it should be a really great day at Nahant if the swell holds up. In fact, could be epic Very Happy I'll look forward to some footage.

Pictures ... anyone ?

I did some yard work today and can't say I was feeling the sailing urge given how cold it was. Must have been epic at Nahant. Anyone do Corp or Chapin ?

Arrived at Town Neck, just to find that the wind was still dead onshore, making any possible attempt futile. At least for me.

Town Neck Beach, Sandwich, MA. 11/2/2014: http://youtu.be/O19fSM0kxEc

Since the winds were 50-60 decided to drive to Plymouth and sail the harbor.

Rigged the 2.8 and sailed on it for about 1.5 hours, winds were blowing over 50. Later on it dropped a notch and rigged the 4.0. Sail for another 2 hours or so and then decided to quit. It was snowing pretty hard at the end, temp 34.

Hate the text app on the Samsung S5 Active. It made some crazy fixes. Corrected it now. (waterproofness worked out yesterday)
