TO ALL MY WINDSURFING FRIENDS....PLEASE GET THE WORD OUT:

FURNISHED ROOM FOR RENT IN 4-BEDROOM HOUSE IN HYANNIS, CLOSE TO KALMUS BEACH - STILL THE WINDIEST BEACH IN NEW ENGLAND.
~ 5 min. walk to Lewis Bay
~ Quiet neighborhood
~ Shared kitchen/dining/living/bath rooms
~ Outdoor shower, patio & gas grill for apres-sail
~ Off-street parking
~ Basement gear storage with garage door access
~ Expanded Cable TV & wifi
~ Washer/Dryer

House is occupied by 3 windsurfers/mountain bikers/skiers & 2 very well-mannered dogs, 1 of which SUP's. 2 of us(and the dog that doesn't SUP) are only here 2-4 days/wk, with full-time residences near Boston.

SEASONAL RENTAL - $600.00/MONTH UTILITIES INCLUDED.

Ice is gone & our sandy beaches are no longer covered with snow! Windsurfing season is here now, & the room is still available! Message me with contact info to check it out. Thanks!
