I have an F2 Strato in carbon lite construction. It is a '92 or '93 model. Good condition except dagger board gasket is torn, otherwise fine with no repairs and 5 nearly new footstraps and mast foot.

Are you looking for a hull only or do you need a rig as well?

I'm in Ct.

Yes Joe you are right. I've not listed it because I'm not sure I want to sell it. i might be willing to part with it. All depends on what what it is worth. Mine weighs about 30 lb. Not sure what to ask. Make an offer.

I have 4 ideas for finding a used longboard in the midwest:

1. A reputable dealer who usually has good used longboards is WindPower in Fond du Lac WI: http://www.windpowerwindsurfing.com/
I would recommend direct contact, email or phone, since the website is not always up to date.

2. The classified section on LAKAWA from Minneapolis/St. Paul is used by many midwesterners for listing equipment for sale: http://www.lakawa.com/

For both 1 or 2 you could shorten needed travel and avoid shipping issues if you arranged to meet May 16-17 at the Dam Jam windsurfing event a little NW of Des Moines, IA. Or arrange to meet June 13-14 at the Windsurfing Regatta and Unvarnished Music Festival in Worthington MN the 2nd weekend in June. Details on both events can be found on the 2015 MOWIND calendar: http://www.mowind.org/calendar/calendar.pdf

3. Someone very nice to the rest of us put together a website which scours Craigslist nationally for windsurfing equipment. I enjoy looking at it and sometimes drooling: http://www.windysurf.com/

4. I have a nice '93 MegaCat which I am willing to sell for $400. I plan to attend both of the events mentioned above and will bring it on my trailer either way. (delcarpenter at cfu . net)

I’ll be selling my original AHD 380 this year. Vintage 1991 or so - I’m the only owner. It’s currently with me in Florida but I’ll be bringing it home to MA at the end of the month. Minor dings in the gelcoat, gasket is home made and ugly but very effective, track and centerboard work great and the board is light and very stiff. Very very fast in a breeze, very good upwind, the extremely hard rails can make it a handful to turn when not planing. Let me know if it interests you.

pking, I made the mistake of thinking NE referred to Nebraska instead of New England.
