It's a figure of speech. The boards were in good condition when I sold them except for the EVA. They spent many more hours in the sun than normal because I was teaching a lot at the time and the Kona was what I liked to ride when teaching students. Nothing ever broke or let me down. The EVA deck was faded from relentless UV exposure. |
