Sailworks Revolution 5.8 would be my choice. I have a quiver of 2014 revolutions and they are wonderful sails. And the sailworks loft offers the best service that there is on the planet. Staffed by Dale Cook and Bruce Peterson, they know their stuff.....And there is a 2014 5.8 Revo on sail on the Sailworks website. It will work with a Nolimitz 430 skinny.

That mast is as good as it gets. It's constant curve and will enhance many good sails.
I don't follow the suggestion to have all sails from the same RX WINDWING.
I REALLY think your requirements cry for a Ezzy, Tiger , Panther OR Panther Ltd, maybe an Elite depending on you lower spacing.
I would look no further than ::
Ezzy
Northwave
Sailworks
North
Aero tech
Some years Naish, I think a HotSails Maui would want a softer top, but some make the NL mast work fine.
From a construction durability and ease of use with great range Ezzy is a top contender _________________ K4 fins

The Ezzy Elite is a bit more mast specific. The Tiger is much less so. The Elite is a 4 batten wave sail. The Tiger is a all around sail that has 5 battens. In the 5.8 size I would lean towards the Tiger per requirements of the O.P. |

Don't overlook what hundreds of Gorge locals insist is the best sail brand on the market: Northwave. It's the only sail made in the U.S.A. (their only loft is in Hood River), and many NW fans who have tried anything else out of curiosity gave up and went back to NW. When I told them I want to place a standing order for a lifetime supply of NWs if and when they ever decide to close their doors, they said, "You and several hundred other people. It would take us a year of production just to meet our public's "last quiver" orders."
You can order whatever degree of lower shape you wish. Among many other custom performance, durability, and appearance features, I have extra bottom shape built into mine for more grunt, and take advantage of different materials' characteristics in different sections and sizes to tweak my sails' performance to suit my evolving preferences. The manufacturer's labels on my sails display, among other information, "Handcrafted in the Gorge U.S.A. for Isobars" and "SS" for extra lower batten area Seam Shaping. Oh ... and NWs are designed around NoLimitz Skinnies (discriminating NW sailors don't like the way their NWs handle on Ezzy's bend.)
My big B&J sail is a NW 6.2. I sail it in the same manner as I do my 3.2 ... constantly maneuvering and jibing it as aggressively as I can. If I just want to cruise around with maximum grunt power in light winds, I dig out my NW "511" model 7.0 maybe once or twice a year. (I should have ordered it in John Deere green, 'cuz its low end pulling power is widely compared to that of a big tractor.) |

The Elite6.1 ... Arguably not the best option, if you read what isaid it is an option, depending on many factors.
It does rig on a 430/430, the NoLimitz is softer bottom and stiffer top than a Ezzy, not all sizes will reflect the same.
I have sailed my 6.1 Elite with Ezzy, NL ..original and MaverX Stilo and 300, 100%, set all to the Ezzy down haul marks, depending on sailor preference for feel and conditions, I would be happy with any of these.
The 6.2 Northwave may be a option , mine a ZX has a lot of battens, but does work exceptional wiTH THE NL _________________ K4 fins

Thanks for the input. Next time I'm in Hatteras I'll see if I can demo the Ezzy Tiger. I'm intrigued by the Northwave. How do they hold up? How do they compare price wise?
My current quiver is a
3.7 Goya for storm sailing 35+mph, 85l
4.1 WW bash for 28 to 35mph, 85l
4.6 WW bash for 24 to 30 mph, 85l
5.1 WW bash for 22 to 28mph, 104l and 85l
5.8 Ka Kult 18-25mph, 104l and 85l
7.0 Ka Kult14-20mph, 140l and 104l
8.0 aerotech rapid fire for lightwind stuff 140l and longboard
I could almost do away with the 4.6 as it rarely gets used. It is nice to be dialed in when the conditions warrant.
What would a comparable northwave quiver look like? _________________ Chris

Northwaves (at least the Surflights and ZXs are gnarly tough.
Pricewise at list, they are probably about 10% less expensive than major brands, but if you hit them up on their quiver clearance sale in the winter, they are even more reasonable.
I weigh 185 lbs and the following quiver covers me for winds from 15MPH to 45MPH:
6.7
5.7
4.7
4.2
3.7
3.2
