Sorry, many of us know better.

Here's some current words by David Brooks

Brooks stated, “I was against the Trump tax cuts. But the early evidence is that they’re working better than I thought. And so, in the first quarter, among S&P companies, capital expenditures are up 39 percent. That’s a seven-year high. That’s far higher than a lot of us thought. Stock buybacks, which is just giving people — to shareholders, that’s only 16 percent. So the evidence from just the first quarter seems to be that what the Trump people told us would happen is happening, that companies are reinvesting the money. …

I don't think that David Brooks is smoking Malcolm X, or anything else that you crafted earlier.

Do you really think that Brooks is actually backing off his broad past criticisms of Donald Trump and his administration?

Nothing new here. Matty say something racist and none of the other righties call him on it...ever. Mac calls him schoolyard names SOS.

It IS pathetic Mrgybe...see the irony here?

That said. I talked my wife into retiring and were gonna hit your beach in the next year...happy sailing.

I called the dirty little cheating Chinese , Chinks. BIG FUCKING DEAL COBO. That's how people talk in the real world, it's a harmless slur pointed at a group that deserves much harsher words.

Mac, Rim-lick, Bluefish , real-idiot and a few others use foul language, insults , and bigotry on a regular basis.

The real queistion is why not one spineless liberal here will call out China for the overwhelming evidence of their corrupt behavior.

That's an issue that both parties succumb to. Anything that supports the opposition's point of view is just ignored. I guess the liberals see the problems with the trade imbalance (and corrupt behavior) with China, but they don't offer solutions. It's just easier to criticize tariffs and badmouth Trump.

And by the way, the name calling and racial slurs are pretty juvenile and Red Neck. Credibility goes down really fast when anyone resorts inappropriate verbiage. However, I do use some pretty bad language, but it's always to myself, or in private where the other party can't hear what I say.

I was on the water yesterday and had some pretty variable conditions, 2-20 winds and was on something too small. The F word scared the fish way too often.

Above the law? Or is Giuliani just senile?

Quote:
President Trump would not have to comply with a subpoena issued by the special counsel investigating Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and could invoke the Fifth Amendment if he does sit down with him, one of his lawyers said Sunday.

“We don’t have to” comply with a subpoena, Rudolph W. Giuliani, the former New York mayor who recently joined Trump’s legal team, said in a televised interview. “He’s the president of the United States. We can assert the same privileges other presidents have.”

Giuliani’s claims comes less than a week after The Washington Post reported that special counsel Robert S. Mueller III, who is seeking to interview Trump, had raised the possibility of subpoenaing the president during a meeting this year. Trump has shaken up his legal team in recent days, seeking to take a more aggressive response to the probe that has engulfed much of his presidency.

During an interview on ABC News’s “This Week,” Giuliani repeatedly assailed Mueller’s probe, questioning why he would “walk him into a prosecution for perjury,” referring to the president, by letting Trump sit for an interview. Trump has publicly said he would speak to Mueller, but Giuliani said he was not prepared so far to make that happen.

So the three of them are all criminals.?

PS.. A poll shows that President Donald Trump’s approval rating has spiked since April 27 — prompting the Reuters/Ipsos polling team to quarantine their data.

I wonder if tRump's clout will be bigger tonight than it was in Alabama or Western PA... Hard to believe a racist SOB, former crook CEO, whose lax relationship with regulations led directly to 29 deaths...is in a DEAD HEAT in WVirginia..

To the great people of West Virginia we have, together, a really great chance to keep making a big difference. Problem is, Don Blankenship, currently running for Senate, can’t win the General Election in your State...No way! Remember Alabama. Vote Rep. Jenkins or A.G. Morrisey!
