Hi Gang,

One key but often overlooked part of the Gorge wind machine is the local sea breezes. These mid to upper teens winds create the foundation upon which other parts of the wind machine combine with to bring us those mid 20's to mid 30's days.

The last 2 days we got to see what the Gorge wind is like with only the local sea breezes. Not remotely epic but without these local sea breezes to set a wind foundation the Gorge would just be a place with extremely up and down upper teens wind.
