Just checking to see if these gizmos fit into Dakine hole pattern, holes about 1" apart. I have some Dakine Primo and Dakine Core Contours.
Seems like they would be a match, but I am noticing so many different hole patterns from other brands. Hopefully Chinook did not make these to only fit their own brand of footstraps. Dakine is pretty common. Has anyone tried these recently? Thanks. )I did email Chinook, but got an "out of office for couple weeks" message.) -J

Best guess: probably not.

I'll double check tomorrow, but my recollection is that they fit the Dakine hole pattern just fine. It's a really nice system! You can even rotate the inserts 180 degrees to fine tune the width of the strap.

I just bought some, and they do in fact fit ! the dakine primo.
Very beefy items, and I bet you can reverse the parts, and put the pegs
down into your footpads for even more holding power , but would leave some nice holes in you nice footpads. or you could saw the pegs off to the desired length. I'll use them as directed, with the big "star" pressed into the footpad, and the pegs up through the straps.
Holes appear to be spaced 1" center to center, or 25mm +/-
thanks for you input!

Oh good, glad you got some. I did check today and they fit quite well with Dakine straps. Here are a few pictures of them installed.
