Bigotry mainstreamed by the most incompetent President in history. He creates crises, and then creates fake solutions. Like the one in Mexico, where he apparently settled for the deal that Mexico was willing to offer months ago. Like the one in North Korea, where he savages those loyal Americans who actually collect facts to kowtow to another strong man.

You and Trump both need to travel to Oz and see if the wizard can make you a brain.

Kowtow??? you really are full of shit and hate...Trump has imposed the toughest sanctions on NK in history...with China and Russia on board ..historical.

But carry on with your hate and BS....

Biden is your best shot and he is looking old and tired, not to mention his shady past and problems keeping his paws off little girls..

Then there is this, from the Hill:

Quote:
Former Vice President Joe Biden leads President Trump by 13 points nationally, according to the latest Quinnipiac University survey.

In a national head-to-head matchup, the poll found Biden taking 53 percent against 40 percent for Trump, with the poll's assistant director describing it as a "landslide" margin.

Even in Texas, Biden is up 4 points.

Anybody who buys into the polls at this early date is completely out of their minds. History has proven that over and over again.

I agree that the polls tell you almost nothing about the strength of the Democratic challengers. But they tell you how deeply unpopular Trump is. His crudeness and dishonesty has been on display for most Americans to realize he is irredeemable.

I'm not that worried about it, you seem more in tune with the field than I am. I have faith in the American people, and feel they will steer the ship back on course after a 4 year experiment gone wrong. I think any warm body with a pulse and an American passport will bitch- slap the lying reality TV star back to Trump Tower....

Man you never learn..Trump has much more support than you think and the American have little interest in the far left agenda.

Dude you had Hillary Clinton a qualified moderate with one of the most liked Husbands in history, and plane loads more cash than Trump...how did that work out????

I would say Trumps chances are at least 50/50......less if you had a decent candidate who was not a far left radical retard.

If you look back at HRC's support, its never been that good. She lost in 2008 to a political newbie. SO, that's not a great argument. My look at the numbers suggests that Trump HAS to hold everyone from 2016, and ADD numbers in the same states to eek out a win. I am well aware that there are 50,000,000 frothing -at -the mouth knuckleheads like yourself that support tariffs, and everything Trump does regardless of how ill conceived it is... The one caveat is if the Dems nominate too much of a lefty, which is possible..

No one like tariffs shit for brains...we just don't like little chinks raping our country. If wine sipping pussies like you would back the President we probably would get some results. But sadly you would rather see Trump fail than get results for America...

I don't back Trump on tariffs, or shaking down US corporations, or his BS anti-trust shenanigans. These are NOT the free - market actions of a capitalist, and I am a capitalist.
Matty, you cant be a little bit pregnant, you're either for tariffs or against them , and unfortunately, the President is proud to be called Tariff Man.

good news... finally a poll that puts someone over sanders, i am bummed because harris is dropping.

https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2019/6/12/1864259/-Warren-5-to-2nd-place-in-new-Economist-YouGov-poll-Her-plan-is-working?utm_campaign=trending

Quote:
The latest poll from Economist/YouGov has: (parentheses show change since last poll, one week earlier)

Biden: 26% (-1)
Warren: 16 (+5)
Sanders: 12 (-4)
Buttigieg: 8 (-1)
Harris: 6 (-1)
O'Rourke: 3 (+1)

Obviously, it’s a big deal to see Warren in second place. But the good news for Warren continues. For instance, they asked Democratic primary intended voters to list all the candidates they were considering supporting / would be disappointed to see win. Here are those numbers: (parentheses shows considering-disappointed margin)

Warren: 45/9 (+36)

Biden: 50/19 (+31)
Harris: 39/8 (+31)
Buttigieg: 34/10 (+24)
Sanders: 38/21 (+17)
O'Rourke: 24/11 (+13)

Booker: 23/11 (+12)

Based on these numbers, Warren is clearly 1st place, Harris is tied for 2nd, and even Buttigieg looks stronger than Sanders.

This seems like excellent analysis to me. From Ronald Brownstein, Sr. Editor at the Atlantic. I’ll post a few key excerpts, (its a long piece) but its well worth the read. I think this is on the money, well worth the read. www.theatlantic.com/...

“Signs are growing that voter turnout in 2020 could reach the highest levels in decades—if not the highest in the past century—with a surge of new voters potentially producing the most diverse electorate in American history.”

“In a recent paper, the Democratic voter-targeting firm Catalist projected that about 156 million people could vote in 2020, an enormous increase from the 139 million who cast ballots in 2016. Likewise, Public Opinion Strategies, a leading Republican polling firm, recently forecast that the 2020 contest could produce a massive turnout that is also unprecedentedly diverse.”

“the clearest sign that high turnout may be approaching in 2020 is that it already arrived in 2018. In last year’s midterm, nearly 120 million people voted, about 35 million more than in the previous midterm, in 2014, with 51 percent of eligible voters participating—a huge increase over the previous three midterms. The 2018 level represented the largest share of eligible voters to turn out in a midterm year since 1914, according to McDonald’s figures. Catalist estimated that about 14 million new voters who had not participated in 2016 turned out two years later, and they preferred Democrats by a roughly 20-percentage-point margin.”

“McDonald thinks the turnout surge in 2020 could shatter even older records, estimating that as many as two-thirds of eligible voters may vote next year. If that happens, it would represent the highest presidential-year turnout since 1908, when 65.7 percent of eligible Americans cast a ballot, according to McDonald’s figures. Since 18-year-olds were granted the vote, the highest showing was the 61.6 percent of eligible voters who showed up in 2008, leading to Barack Obama’s victory. And since World War II, the highest turnout level came in 1960, with John F. Kennedy’s win, when 63.8 percent of voters participated.”

New Minnesota Poll Has Warren in the Lead

Change Research has a new poll of 772 LV in Minnesota which was in the field June 8-12. The results show Warren with the 1st lead I have seen for her in any state.

"Warren 21%

Biden 20%

Sanders 19%

Klobuchar 16%

Buttigieg 11%

Harris 4%

O'Rourke 3%"

As with prior polls Biden has the 65+ voters and Bernie has the younger voter. Warren apparently increased her lead with women.

Interesting that they polled over 1,500 voters on more than 50 issues that they are apparently offering for sale.

I found this poll at 538 but couldn't open the actual results but some of you not using a phone may be able to.
