I have a 105 L freemove. Wondering what a good step down would be from the stock 36 fin? I use 7.5 to 4.7 on this board and weigh 135 lbs. I use the stock 36 fin or my 40cm with my 7.5, but when in 6.5, 5.5 I need a smaller fin. Is 2 cm smaller a big enough jump or should I go a 32 from 36? Not concerned about the 4.7 yet

I was watching a Jem Hall video on fins for smaller free moves and was amazed. He uses a 102 L firemove (similar board) and with footsteps in out position he uses anywhere from 32 - 42. The stock fin on that board is 36 as well. With the footsteps in the single setup (inboard) he can use a 28 or even a 24. So he can go from 24 to 42 all on 1 board which seems very versatile.

If you sail like Jem I use his footstrap settings and fin sizes.

At 135lbs, I would be thinking smaller board as soon as the wind picks up a bit. For sure 5.5/4.7
