Wasn't it Trump that described the electoral college as a rigged system?

Do those numbers include the millions of illegals that Obama told to go out and vote for Hillary?
ALL THREE BRANCHS FOR THE NEXT 2 YEARS, and possible 4. 
And then there's that little NUCLEAR OPTION THING....remember that? |
