And as Joe knows, we don't need sheeting leverage when sailing in a more or less straight line (i.e., not maneuvering) if our hands or harness lines are centered around the COE. |

Yep. The COE on modern, properly rigged short board sails doesn't seem to move much in gusts. But it does on low tension rigs like the Original Windsurfer and Kona. |
