Hi,
I know the thread of universal mast base is 8mm wide but I need to know how many threads per inch are there so I can make my own threads in a plate. Thank you!

As I said in your previous post the Chinook base thread is 8mm diameter with a 1.25mm pitch. Metric threads are specified as pitch rather than threads per inch. Pitch is how far you travel axially per revolution. If you buy an 8mm tap with a 1.25 mm pitch it will work. This is the most common pitch for 8mm screws.
